No wonder I always get beat by f+4 in trades or in certain neutral situations. It's fucking 8 frames and I was fooled into believing it was 9 frames for the longest time.

Elbow dash is 6 frames, so it's def possible.
Pretty much anything that 8 frames or lower if you want to do it on reaction.

Just remember that he kan kancel 12 on block into Gotcha Grab or EX Overhead Elbow for that safe uninterruptable stuff.
