Because you're making up tier lists on day -3. Not a single competitive match has been played yet. It's ridiculous and silly to assume what characters are broken at this point.
Did you not see the easy combos Liu kang, Cage and Sonya get with little to no work. 50% like nothing, no X-ray.
High damage means nothing. And those combos all require resources. Baraka had high, meterless corner damage in MK9 yet he was considered bottom 5.
Baraka didn't have EX nut punch or EX bicycle kick equivalent with that high corner damage. If so he would have been broke not bottom 5.

I'm starting to think it isn't possible to run combo after bf2. Have you been able to do it? I'm pulling off run combos right and left with the exception of after a bf2. I've literally never hit it once.
