Question Is there a right or wrong way to play Nightwing?

BTW I noticed that @RM Chongo ends a lot of his combos with 33xx4xxSS. Is there a reason why he uses 33? My ender is usually F213xx4xxSS is there any difference? I know that 33 and f213 have the most cancel advantage out of all NW's strings but that's irrelevant.

I only do that because it's a lot easier to mistime the f213 online.
