Question Is catwoman really S tier?

and now whit the wakeup lossing the 8 frames, i dont think shes s, if her cat dash wakeup was same as in 1.02, no question, she would be top 3, but now cat dash lost the invulnerabilty at wakeup and her def is shit

She doesn`t need an invulnerable catdash wakeup. Her trait at any level is invincible and leaves her plus. Just evade one projectile and bam, you have your free wakeup.

I think we can say that she`s S tier because I think there are a lot of S tier characters. This isn`t MK9. And S tier doesn`t automatically mean "Top 5". Top 10 or 12 in this game could all be considered S tier if they`re so close in their goodness.

And Ra Helios, you`ve provded us some good information. But you really need to calm down because you`re overemotional reactions and screaming are really putting everyone off.
