Other than her it was pretty much just guest characters that were not on all consoles(Like how Kratos was banned in MK9)I remember hearing about how they banned that manly spear girl in SCIV but beyond that I don't know how Soul Calibur's rules work.
When you play Cyborg luck is never on your sideIma keep it a Bean with yall, the reason I stopped competing in this game after ECT last year was largely due to interactables. Dont get me wrong, I am not bashing the game, I think its a good game and a fun game, which is why I still follow it and watch you guys. I just didnt like the idea of grinding and learning matchups and then getting to a tournament and having to hope luck was on my side in deciding the stage I played on.
Not all backdashes are equal, but I'm pretty sure they all have the same universal amount of invincible frames. Not all back dashes are godlike.
Ok prepare your anusft5 me bro no eizo no alpha pat no astaroth no island stages no infinite stages

I don't think so. We've given it a year to play out. And interactables have just gotten dumber with clear character advantage.it's a little late to start bringing stuff like this up...
It's not about blocking. You won't block it, there's no blocking part.Joker has nasty setups with background bounces, where if you don't know how to block properly, you could lose your entire health bar.
But of course, this is Joker, so he has to earn that background bounce first
We have played this game a whole year with interactables and do all people really prefer interactables being turned off?I don't think so. We've given it a year to play out. And interactables have just gotten dumber with clear character advantage.
I'd love to see them taken out. Sure, bomb resets are with with CW and all, but I don't want them at the expense of all the other crap in the game. Combos into guaranteed OTGs are just stupid. I like the transitions because they're strategical in avoiding clash, and the background bounces can be used by everyone and its just a combo extender. The interactable objects themselves should go. Too bad we can't eliminate them without the bounces too.
I think this was covered a WHILE ago Carl. Interactables are part of the game design. Although I DO agree they should be able to be blocked, but that would have to be a patch of some kind. There isn't much else to say.
Characters (Martian Man Hunter) should only be getting 20% when they hit you but because of unscaled interactable damage they get 40% whenever they touch you.
This game would become much more fairer and less reliant on gimmicks such as
"Let me sit in the corner and use turbine/rockets/air robots" and easily zone you out with unblockables"
This game can be hype without the need for gimmicks. Interactables make chars who are already good a bit too good. Imagine if Zod didn't have unblockable interactables to toss at you while you are sitting there like a duck blocking swipes from his trait? Like come on son. The dumpster in the corner with Batman is about the silliest thing I have ever used or seen in a fighting game as well.
Martian getting OTG's after an interactable like come on.
Lets all make the right decision as a community this time and have them disabled at future tournaments.
Some characters on some stages versus certain characters makes your statement incorrect.Simple.
They're part of the game.
They aren't "ST Akuma" game breaking.
SCAR WHY YOU GETTING HIT BY JUMP OVER CROSS 3. THAT SHIT AIN'T AMBIGUOUS.So u mean to tell me if I play a good set in tournament against a supes and we are on a stage like themiscira and I have like 80% to my opponents 20 but unfortunately get opened up in the corner for big damage into ice breath jump over standing 3 into interactable tree and end up losing my full 80, it would make me look bad that part of the reason I loser was to free ass unblock able damage, when I was clearly out playing my opponent? Lol
Yeah there is. I've seen it being done. It's not about blocking. You won't block it, there's no blocking part.
Then you've seen it done wrong. As someone who regularly does the setup I can tell you it's not blockable if done correctly.Yeah there is. I've seen it being done.
Im pretty sure there's two different options for intractable and transitions.Problem is that turning off interactables also disables the background bounce, which is a pretty big mechanic for some characters. No way to disable one without the other. Interactables will have to stay on.
