You can use it on xbox360/ps3 but you must have a cracked/jailbroken console but I don't know if it is allowed to talk about that here so I'll just leave it at that but yes costume mods are possible on current gen consoles.
I already released a Costume Unlocker a few days ago. And I included it in My NPC Character Pack
.. i can give this texture to any of his costumes.. (here is on default costume 
) but i think that RED HOOD costume (for Joker) suits best.. im still need remove that stupid bucket, cape. This is his default face texture 
(Default Red Hood's Joker face that could be converted to any of his costumes, cause they all got same texture for head) EDIT: Here is that converted face 
(teeth are little bit grey but it can be changed in notime).. i changed only hair color to black (cause green not fit well of course) 
He looks little bit like Joker disguised in TV (Batman 1989)

At last...at last I finally get the only thing I ever wanted out of injustice, Finally the best Green Lantern will make his appearance. Also heymanjack I wouldn't use that Green lantern picture as reference since is fan made and looks like it would be hard to make. Try this one
If it's impossible to make I'll just use the white lantern GL as base.

These are awesome,I'd actually play Wonder Woman if she looked like thatALSO I just found out about the WBID costumes and I unlocked them for my game. There are a lot of costumes not included in the Ultimate Editions and I'm pretty annoyed NRS did not enable (Files are already in the game) it ingame.
I would remake Zoom as New 52 Flash is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for Zoom! ALSO New 52 GL is an amazing base for Kyle Rayner. Oh man.
I can say Kyle Rayner, Zoom (Final version), Dark Knight Batsuit can be released within the week.

I started working on these 2 days ago lol. With any luck these will be finished (atleast the regular textures) next week. The damage textures are gonna a real pain to make though.

Won't be anytime soon, I'll be lucky to get one this time next year lol I've got too much on my plate financially as it is right now, me and my wife are having our second child in February.

Awesome...I can't freakin wait...I'll tell you the game that I am most excited about (possibly) is Elder Scrolls Online. If they would be willing to knock of the subscription fee for those who pay for the Playstation Plus or XBOX Live Gold, then that would be awesome, they could still charge those who don't have those accounts. But how are you going to ask people to pay $60 for a game, $60 for a console's online subscription, AND a subscription for a game you already paid $60 for!? Sorry, I needed to get that off my chest.
