Like I said, I'm just guessing. It's what happened with Scorpion, and I think we got Batgirl a week early too? I don't really remember. I have nothing to support that other than previous events, which may not carry over to any future situations.

KF is Mileena with a Safe Roll, Low Roll, into a vortex safe 50/50 advantageous situation.

She will always have this so a lil dmg reduction and less plus frames on trait charge where a Frost player has to make maybe 2 more at most guesses w a 12 frame low launcher might not be asking that much

I agree with this, but in all honesty, I'm in the camp where I think more fleshing out of strategies vs her could make this a bigger deal than anticipated.

Is there a tier list based on tourny results at all?

I understand people think Frost is Good, but I clearly see Black Adam, Aquaman, and Superman having better results where they matter. Id like to see something based on current tourny results if that is possible.
