foxy says none but i have trouble w aquaman and green lantern but i admittedly cant parry GL's b13 on reaction so i assume thats a decent size part of it

That doesn't effect how good the character is though. Kabal would be low-tier if that were the case.

ease of execution doesnt have anything to do with whether shes top5 or not. a tier list is designed with equal levels of execution in mind.

GL's green lanterns might + low slide 50/50 mix up make him very hard to attack wonder woman, because GL is a beast at zoning the range she is most effective from -- and has much better LD game than WW.

Evo top 8 is going to be interesting this year.

On MK9 we had an idea who the best characters were. For this game, people have no idea how good each character truly is.

I expect major blowups.

I think she should probably be a little higher, at least around 12 or 13. She has safe, ambiguous mixups and a full screen armored move that is safe on block. Alot of her attacks also have hella range. But like most characters in this game, I am sure that she gets blown up by alot of the top tiers so she can never be top.

The thing is, she is one of the more technical characters in the game.

I believe that in the future, Superman's F23 Breath is just not gonna cut it. The harder characters will prevail.

All speculation though. Cant wait for Evo.
