i was wondering whether they'd remove his plus frames or remove his vortex, guess they chose to keep firestorms vortex, woulda preferred he lose that nonsense instead.

Joker feels untouched to me. His sweep is -11 down from -17 I think. Slightly safer.

His Character Power now makes him take less damage and chip the higher it goes. In Lvl. 3 Ha! he does not take any chip.
