I don't think low tier but definitely not good enough to consistently compete with the top tiers. He feels like the hipster character that everyone says is low key good but will never have success for the games entire life span.

I was one that said he wasnt that bad but that was only because i had never played other characters. the character is garbage and needed a damage buff badly, cant believe the buffed flash and super girl but not him

Canary has been on the cusp of top 10 from the jump and I think could conceivably rocket up to top 5 with these changes. We'll have to see them in play, obviously, but I'm very excited.

The Cheetah and Ivy changes are really nice but they are probably still mid. I got exactly what I wanted from those Ivy buffs, though, so I'm satisfied.

And Catwoman and Batman both rolled through without anything serious whatsoever.. So I still dont know who my secondary is =[

Not happy about some of the characters who were overlooked.. BB may be nice and balanced and all, but Canary was, IMO, quite strong.. and she got better. Way better.

I think the Catwoman changes add up to be significant. She will still be good, but it won't be stupid like it was before.

I liked all the changes to top tiers except no changes to darkseid and harley and pathetic nerfs to batman. Thought catwoman changes were very fair.

That he is one of if not the best balanced characters in the game. He has a solid tool set, builds meter very well, great mobility and below-average to average damage output to keep him as honest as possible.

There were three approaches NRS could have taken with this patch; Buff everyone in line with top tiers, nerf/normalise the top tier in line with everyone else or do a bit of both. They chose the latter and so consequently BB didn't need a buff

Batman just went up on tier! He mb not being plus is huge but he kept everything else while the rest got nerfed lol.

Also my prediction was right, Robin is now s-tier.

except they didnt, they left many top tiers and buffed many mid tiers while leaving low tier beetle in the dust makes no sense.
