I am % Okay with this. Supergirl shouldn't hit like a truck. But GAWDDMAN gaps on gaps we're a problem. B123 is amazing now.

Expect to see b3 and it's MB version to be used much more. Supergirl was top 5 for up-close gimmicks and stupid reads with d2, d1, and float mixups..All gaps...you could even waste meter is they make a d2 read, then your eating damage.

B123 be completely safe is big....she can stall now. Build Trait and Max out block damage with b12MBTrait. Conditioning with this new tools let's Supergirl play the game better...she may now be the answer to Deadshot, Superman, Ivy, Darkseid, and even block Adam. Her d2 is still wonderful and with slightly more damage to combos and MB Breath doing damage this is gonna be fun.

Supergirl is alive now. Totally cool with the change. Nuetral is real.

Do not forget that the top guys are getting nerfed across the board, so that alone might bode well for some characters even if unbuffed.

He does close to 15 percent less on his main bnb. That's pretty significant to me.
