Is there any reason in particular the info on page 3 hasn't been added to the OP?

Official and accurate patch notes will come in a week or two when the patch actually drops. I guess it would be nice if OP was edited with but that's not 100% legit notes, that's just what they picked up from what they said in stream.

I think it is too early to say that he is "overbuffed" - a lot of things need to be considered some of which we are not even aware of. We know that it still disappears even on block if it is on the screen already. Can he release trait during delayed wake up? Does it count as stored if he gets hit during the animation? How much of a damage buff we are talking about?
He is definitely thousand times better but how good is yet to be seen.

They said that he will retain his trait on block and on hit only when the trait is stored and is being held, otherwise it will behave the same way.
