If you could buff your character to s+++ tier what buffs would you implement?

Balanced kenshis telefury is now -1 on whiff and plus 30 on block, and is now a mid, F3 is an overhead, teleslash now has 12 start up frames and plus 20 on block, rising karma is plus 15, ex rising karma is plus 21 and has 4 hits of armor, telepush pushes you full screen on block and is +15. Give him a 3 frame d1 to escape out of all pressure and make it plus 15 on block with push back and have a hit of armor.


Holy shit that would be literally the most broken zoner ever. And I wouldn't wish anyone to face this character, not even my worst enemy

Maybe make his projectiles have 6 frames of startup? hue

Remove all gaps in War God when canceling into paddle specials? huehue

Make blood offering to recover in 20 frames, down from 63.
Oh, and make sun ray rcover in 50 frames, not 351.

Punchwalk can cancel into punchwalk and tele-stomp tracks perfectly even if you run or roll.

also 2 and 3 are now mids, chest lunge moves full screen, and Tigrar's fire does venomous levels of stackable DoT.

- F3 is now 15 frames and F344/F343 can be special canceled again.
- Telekick is 5 frames of start up and an overhead
- EX sais now jail on block and it's +18 on block
- Regular roll becomes a low
- F1 is now 10 frames

Piercing:
- B1 is 9 frames and hit mid all the time
- Low sai is -5 on block
- B12 1+3 DD2 leaves the oponent closer so she gets a guaranteed B1 midscreen as well

Ravenous:
- B12 1+3 UU4 now gives her 10% health back
- Low pounce is now an overhead and it's -5 on block
- High pounce is a command grab and it's -8 on whiff

Ethereal:
- Regular fade has 1F start up and 2F of recovery

I can't help my Fiction addiction.
Kotal's sunlight is now 10 frames recovery. The sunlight will always cause the brutal to activate during any part of the match.

B1 is now 5 frames and plus 5 on block.

Pizza now starts up in 10 frames

Command grab now has a range 1/2 the screen.

Command grab breaks armor and can't be jumped out of.

It's all so very confusing.
Make Jax able to combo midscreen off NON Ex-OH Dash Punch from all his major strings and make the command grab from wrestler always work without the stupid extra inputs..


Srsly, that's it. If you wanted to go pure bat-shit, make his 6f jab a MID.

db1 has 1 frame startup

bf1 has 6 frames startup, hits mid and is safe on block and recovers as fast as SZ slide on whiff

Full Auto:
df2 hits mid

Shotgun:
df2 leaves you +30 on hit and is made a mid

High Tech:
db2 gauntlet buff apart up is halved and can be canceled out of. Ex recovers instantly (like Shaolin).

Stance switch now has 0 frames of recovery

His light fireballs now has 0 frames of recovery and take away 40% of stamina.

B1 has a better hitbox

S1 becomes a viable AA and anti crossover

Sub zero 5 frame slide, hits full screen, does 17%, en slide is plus 4 on block, launches on second hit.
Ermac all strings and specials are safe o block.
Liu kang now has arcade drop special move that is unblockable.
