General/Other I think Raven is is gonna be mid-low tier.

Raven has a lot of good stuff, she has great tools that make all her other stuff not even matter. You don't know long combos? It doesn't matter, she has sick normals and her range is nuts, her F222 alone is just a great tool. You don't know how to get in? Doesn't matter, she has a teleport in demon mode and can zone as well as defend against it.

I think Raven may be considered "mid tier" but she certainly will be above that in the right hands.

She'll be #2 after the online-only community spends 6 months trying to nerf Deathstroke and only Deathstroke, thus, she gets left unpatched, and someone finds some unforseeable dirt with her.

(And Deathstroke himself will still be top 3 because he'll only ever be nerfed upon what annoys them rather than what his most versatile footsie tools are.)
