His guns may as well be pea shooters for the shit damage he does from far out. If anything, he needed better damage on his guns to compliment the trait "berf/nuff."
if they didn't increase cooldown on trait, i think it would be pretty useful for ending rounds
And even then I realize this wouldn't do a thing against the god damn Flash...
flash is more of an issue with low guns negative frames. i dont think that DS could be modified to help him out vs the flash. if flash's dash was nerfed then he would be able to compete

I only hope NRS stops making characters that they're going to butcher a month or 2 after release.
Not just The Flash, but many other characters. My anti low gun shots strategies with Zod would not work on vanilla low gunshots.
