It is pretty unusable against him tho lol. You aren'y whiff punishing with that at all and as a pressure tool it whiffs. I mean you will still use it up-close but losing pretty much her whole pressure game is pretty big IMO.

I am with you. I think she gives him a hard time. This MU is at least 6-4 in her favor IMO.

She can also do stuff like slightly negative stuff like B2 or 12 into walk back into a whiff punish against pokes but surprise! Superman doesn't really care about that because of F2.

And point blank it also whiffs. You can test for yourself, try it against a grounded character and then go check it against a flying character.

I dont kno why you would be trying to contest f23 with b2 in the first place. you can easily whiff punish with multiple other tools its not impossible to whiff punish the move.
Point blank b2 does not whiff on any floating character i dont know what you are talking about with that.

The biggest point is you can zone sups out the entire game and whenever he gets in you still have some options. I have a hard time believing that sups wins a mu where he literally cant ever use his lasers unless he wants to waste his meter. sure your b2 has a little less range, but why does it matter when you can keep him out for the majority of the game?

certain angles she can get two gunshots on the punish and dont downplay the fact that right after is a knockdown that leads to setup for more zoning. harely doesnt need her high shots to jail after b2.

superman forward dash is amazing tool for getting if you read cupcakes bam you're in f23 town. you can air dash a gunshot its 22 frame startup. there's also meterburn roll. you can catch me in the corner and its GG's. I can't even fathom how you're just getting zoned out an entire match. one meterburn laser on hit = like 4 gun shots man. and we're not all blocking it every single time

also if we're talkin about full screen since you're getting zoned the whole match then after a gun shot hits we can probably throw hyenas, which you can just jump over and laser when you get up

This matchup needs a lot more labbing, imo. I can't believe that a Harley that knows the MU would struggle much.

This whole "he didn't know the mu" card is being very much overused. Me and bio has played 3 different sets Harley vs Cheetah and all results were the same. Yes they knew the mu. Cheetah has her gimmicks but a lot of her stuff is actually real.
