Goro has always had that war paint in the game.

It's badass, half of his face has skull paint.

I hope they do another color adjustment, it needs to be -more- noticeable especially with some of the really bright stages making it impossible to see

It's super obvious if you finish with Shokan Amputation.

I don't remember all is frame-date pre-patch but yes, most of his strings are plus or neutral on block now.

Off the top of my head, I know FOR SURE 21, F4, and 11 is +. I believe there are way more though

that's insane. I'm fairly certain most of his strings were - on block pre-patch and I don't recall him having any strings that are plus on block. I'm def hitting the lab as soon as I get out

They obviously compiled all his neg frames into 112, which I believe is -35 or something horrible lol

Yeah but 112 is redundant when you have 121 as a better jab string and 21 as a better overhead string.
