Also, to all you "Batgirl is OP" and "Batgirl is broken" here's a few facts to calm you down...

1. Batgirl's vortex is safe, but its still negative. If you block it grow a pair of man balls and d1 check or whatever and get out of there.
2. Batgirl's overhead option, b2u3, is -7 so quit crying and practice punishing it. Your character doesn't have a 6 frame d1 or normal? Use someone who does then, ie Flash (6frame uppercut), Bane (long range standing 1) or someone else. Low option though is only -2 so figure something out yourself
3. Cartwheel has three options, three of them are punishable: two if blocked and the other by whiff. Deal with it.
4. Her anti-airing teleport is horrendously negative on block. Still dont like it? Stay out of the air then, simple.
5. Anti airing 6-frame uppercut is also punishable on block. See above.
6. Her footsies are upplayed, theyre ok.
7. Her ability to get in besides teleport (which is still punishable btw) isnt that great to be honest, bat evade 1 and dashing only gets you so far.
8. Her midscreen damage isn't amazing either, and to even scratch 40% she's usually giving up her chance at vortex.
9. Yup her corner damage is great. No argument there

Yes BG is good, but FOR THE LOVE OF ZOD QUIT SAYING SHES OP OR BROKEN. MAN...

MMH wins 1 tourney and he is the most broken fucking thing ever invented in some peoples eyes.

I've never thought Kabal was broken. He's definitely number 1, but the only thing that's broken about him imo is the f32 ndc glitch on crouch block. Cyrax is more broken than Kabal imo, for obvious reasons.
