As much as I like Cyber Sub, Bo Rai Cho needa a buff the most. Jason being on top of the list shows how much Twitterers know about the game.

Original cast, Kenshi without a doubt. He's always been low tier in this game and his buffs were more quantity over quality.

Too early to say, but Sub-Zero is picking up again, at 32%, and Kenshi has gone down, he's now at 28%.
Tremor is down to 29% while Bo is at 26%.
Seems like Sub and Tremor might be the winners.

I wish the balancing could include some community input to these balance decisions. Some characters were changed many times without outside (of NRS) input and are still not competitive among the average player and certainly not on a pro competitive level, either. They're players out there like Reo who can provide good feedback.

Sub Zero has arguably the worst variation in the game according to some pro's, so he clearly needs the buff.
