I feel like Blue Goku is too high. It feels like he's missing something in neutral and a lot of his mixups are kind of gimmicky. Also, his divekick assist is pretty bad. I just haven't seen anything from him that screams top-tier. Kid Buu should replace him in S tier, imo.
I think Hit, Beerus, 21 and Trunks should move up one tier. The rest can stay.
Honestly a tier list this early should be taken with a grain of salt anyway. Eventhough I agree with some placements, like 16 and Cell being at the top, I see it as more of “what the meta looks like right now” list.

Apparently from what I've heard there's a glitch when Ginyu does a super it does NOT use meter....so yeah, he's broke as fuck and still underused lol.

Yet, hardly anybody uses them at least in the higher ranks. I can see some potential in Ginyu being really good but the meta right now is neutral heavy, and unfortunately the gimmicks dont work in his favor.

Eh, but sometimes it actually messes up his own combos. So its hard to get a nice flow with him, at least for me tho. I personally dont see myself investing time into him, maybe down the line but with the team im running, i just dont see him working for me.
Yeah man....he did get me far but going up against teams with all beam assist, vanish attacks only get you so far. And my current assist (Vegeta & Kid Buu) cannot cover for Saibamen set ups against those beam assists. It gets stuffed. If only he had armor like 16, then I'd keep him but my team NEEDS a beam assist and a character that can get in and combo like crazy. Already figured out combos for Goku Black in different situations and he DAMAGES without the assist of the two.Nooooooo! But I totally get it, can’t exactly argue Nappa is better than G Black. Yeah I did something similar a while back, couldn’t drop Nappa tho, so Piccolo got the axe. His spot is kinda “any beam”. Toying with ss Goku at the moment. Tried Black but my emotions won, I just didn’t enjoy winning as much when I used him. Such a casual, so I’m just going with what feels fun at the moment. There’s something about ss goku tho that I wasn’t expecting and can’t really explain. His normals just seem to get lucky.... a lot. And converting off them is obviously about the easiest thing in the game. I ALMOST had a PERFECT last night ARRRRGGGG! My Kid Buu just murders without assists to extend any combos. They're there for mostly conversions or distractions, but i straight up flatlined two characters of the opponents team without getting touched, then he brought out Vegeta....and i got touched, i was so mad hahaha.
But nobody died, so the victory was flawless nonetheless. Ah....i love my Buu....I doo I doo I DooooOOOOO

Yeah I’ve been fairly close to a perfect (95% ish left on 2). Dude was balls tho, I’m really not that good. I’m enjoying labbing too much and it’s holding me back. I’m in no rush tho
