He was too, he just thinks he can say option select by acting like the joke parts of his statement cancel out the parts that weren't
I really like TYM and I'm a genuine fan of this game, so I want to see this thread get back on track.
You're a real person so I'm going to try to be cool and say that if you read those posts about Nappa and you can't tell that it is blatantly and obviously a joke, you genuinely need to get outside more. It seems like internet forums are probably not healthy for you.
DBZ is going to be a big game, and there's no dedicated forum resource for it currently available. I do really like TYM and I'm on here a lot, and I like this game. I see a great opportunity for this to be a gathering place for a new community. I notice TYM staff also taking this attitude. I think it's great.
Someone boasting that they're "the greatest nappa player in the entire history of the dbz beta" or demanding "day 1 buffs if not sooner or im done with this game" isn't going to turn anyone off from this community or fighting games in general.
Toxic people like Moron Confirmed are what turns new players off. What if I actually were serious about my Nappa comments? Look at it at that way: Say it's my first fighting game, I'm brand new and found TYM, I come on here and without knowing any better start asking for Nappa buffs. Then someone like Moron Confirmed starts calling me an idiot, still tagging me in posts days later and going on about it. Clean it up.
