i didn't know it worked at all midscreen, it only worked in the corner to my knowledge, plus i don't think f2 gives enough cancel advantage to do it safely midscreen, but i haven't tried to do it so maybe it does.... i'll be right back *goes to lab*

How fast is flash's d2 ? 12f ? No way. It looks like +3 on block (not +1).
D2 crossups batgirl with a sonic pound MB on block and can land to a 26% or whatever vortex on hit.

d2 starts up at 9 frames +3 advantage on block.
