I have never spoke up about banning him before because I fully know that I am a bad player who doesn't understand the game, I just assumed that the top players would understand Scorpion.

Is he legal at every tournament? If he is then I would suggest that people should pick up Grundy because he beats Scorpion IMHO because his aa throw beats his j3, his WCC beats the teleport (I'm not sure if you can get a full combo punish with WCC but you can at least get pressure), WCC beats hellfire etc.
