I'd say Cyrax, if this is your first time using him, he's better in terms of getting to know the character(as in both of em). But in case you wanna go with Cyblax, i'd suggest you strictly play him, that way you don't have to make that transition of timing from cyrax to cyblax, which is kinda irritating at times.
His teleport has invincibility on reappearing. its 100% safe
You can hit of it through. jip d1 or a combo can beat it, learned through playing a rushdown sonya. Even 16bit said it, after testing cyblax teleport. invisibility might be only after start up, i guess.

Maybe safe, but easy punishable on start up if opponent chooses to rush at the right time.

A "safe" move is a move that cannot be punished. To punish something by definition is to see a mistake from your opponent and attack while they are vulnerable. You can INTERRUPT the startup of a safe move, but you cannot punish it. You interrupt on a read while you punish on reaction. Pretty much all moves in the game can be interrupted, yet some of them are safe and some of them are not.That is what i meant at the beginning. It isn't, no. I've d1'ed it online, I don't know how punishable it is but I know you can at least d1 it.
It was Cyblax I was doing it against. Did it with JC though, so the d1 was 6 frames.
I'll have to look into that, the d1'ing it was attempted online so it likely has different properties offline as pretty much everything else does; I'll try to test that offline when I have the chance. If it's 100% invincible that's pretty BS though.
