That tournament was absolutely incredible, just hours upon hours of high level play and great commentary to go with it. Let's hope EVO doesn't disappoint!

Great set of final matches of @YOMI REO after the comeback via the loser bracket.
Good job @Pig Of The Hut, third spot with a showcase of somebody understanding Kenshi in and out.

Finally my congratulations go out to every single one of you that were a part of the competition and the organization. Top-noch stuff, kudos.
Really enjoyed watching all of the matches in the 8+ hours live on the tournament stream.

It would be a swap if Tanya and Lao were nowhere to be seen, they are still there, they are still strong, but other characters now have more presence as well.

I think these patches so far did undeniably good to the game.

Good Job Sonic Fox. Now Teach me Skullgirls. . Event looked good but i do not think it should have taken 7 hours for the tournament. Ketchup and Mustard where great on commentary and i would love to see them do both the American and European Tournaments.

At the end of the day, I'd rather see a better game with more alternate types of characters succeeding, than a worse off, unbalanced game that's afraid of alienating a few people who weren't very committed to it in the first place.

Or put another way, It'll be great to not be booed out of the building at EVO again.

You could say the same for letting 1-note characters dominate the meta until the game gets booed at EVO and nearly dies.
