I was there live, and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. ESL is so professional and they ran things so smoothly. Congrats to SonicFox. The event was absolutely amazing. You guys did a great job with all of this. The ridiculous trash talk, great commentary, awesome matches with international players and then some of the most high stakes matches in mk history all came together to make this probably my favorite event ever. Thank you for giving this community the opportunity to grow like this and I can't wait for season 2!

Also they are pretty much confirming season 2 already by calling this ESL tournament season 1. I also saw clutch talk about season 2 on twitter. I hope its not until next year though. If that is the case we can expect MKX to be alive even longer than mk9.
