Are ya' ready for MK11 kids?!
I've got a 10 hit 3 bar 19% combo he can use?Does Kenshi have 19 hit 31 percent corner combos?

Yeah, players/fans should learn to think, and educate themselves instead of just bashing stuff or blindly supporting stuff. I used to bash Ed, NRS, MK9 a lot, but I try not to do it because I've learned that they really do work hard to try to put out a quality game on schedule. I have a lot of issues with 2d MK and MK9, but it's silly to think that the NRS crew can be perfect. They can do better, and I'm sure they feel the same way, but they'll never be perfect. On the other hand, it's just as silly to overlook some major issues with the game, and pretend like the game is perfect, or to just overall suck off NRS. Anyway, bashing them doesn't help NRS learn anything, and blind support doesn't help them either. Constructive criticism is the key, with the ultimate goal simply being a better game.Half the community thinks the game's retarded, and let's give him the benefit of the doubt he might do well with kenshi. Just let him play the game.
You put it a lot better than I did. I think that will be his really big problem. He's arming himself with a character that can force most of the cast to eventually jump at him if the Spirit Charge is used properly, as well as build crazy meter and chip on anyone trying to come in. The flipside to that is you can't just throw that shit out there or all of a sudden you'll wind up losing one of those 8-2 MU's.The part that gives me questions is this:
1) Kenshi as a character requires some of the most patience of any character in the game (in high-level play). His zoning is great, but any rushed projectile in the wrong place will get you blown up, and a lot of his normals recover slowly enough to send you packing if you use them in an ill-advised spot.
A reptile player can oftentimes dash out of trouble, or just put balls on the screen -- but a kenshi player really has to be incredibly focused and only use the right projectile at the right time.
2) A Kenshi player has to be highly salt-resistant.. Because getting blown up for mistiming something is one of the more salt-inducing experiences in the game. Because of his defensive zoning-tank style, he requires keeping a cool head when pressured and not giving in to rash impulses (otherwise, see what happens to every other Kenshi out there).
Soo.. Can a guy known to dash 15 times a second, waste meter on a whim for 21% combos, and become dangerously salty after the majority of losses master such a Zen-style character?
Hmmm....
Yes, you are both good players. Then mr G and I have a lot in common
shut the fuck up and read you stupid shit... I said he is top mash happy 3 player.... but he is not top ssf4, kofxlll player....TargetAudience didn't ChrisG come back with Morgan and rape....get off that hate-orade man.
Chris plays Morrigan in Marvel, as well as Reptile in UMK3. He's not unfamiliar with having to be patient at times. The part that gives me questions is this:

I feel you, I thought about that too; but Morrigan is a much diff. character due to how much stuff she can put on the screen at any given time (more in line with freddy/reptile). Wheras Kenshi is about making each specific projectile a read -- you screw up a single one, and it could be curtains.Chris plays Morrigan in Marvel, as well as Reptile in UMK3. He dashes 15 times a second because nobody really kills him for it.
Yup, therefore, he can't play Kenshi ...Does ChrisG have fundamentals?
Good sir, I don't think your giving Chris g enough credit. Just because he plays a kinda rush down reptile doesn't mean he'll do the same with kenshi. He happens to be a very patient defensive player. In almost every game I've seen him play, he is pretty dominant because of his patience and great fundamentalsI feel you, I thought about that too; but Morrigan is a much diff. character due to how much stuff she can put on the screen at any given time (more in line with freddy/reptile). Not saying that either Morrigan, Freddy, or Reptile is braindead, or that you can get away with sheer spam.. But Kenshi seems to require the utmost concentration for every single thing you decide to throw out.
Alright -- when you see Chris G at the next tournament doing a 3-bar 17% rushdown combo with Kenshi, we'll laugh about this and have a drinkGood sir, I don't think your giving Chris g enough credit.
