If he had a normal d3 or if f3 was faster, then he'd at least have average footsies and this conversation might be a little different.

I spent the past 5 minutes checking every frame data thread (except for Jax, Freddy and Stryker) and the only other character with down pokes as bad (or perhaps slighty worse) as Scorpion's is CSZ.

I was hoping to find he was the only one in order to call his situation a "mistake", but now it seems it was done on purpose.
