I was labbing with @InFlames and found you can hit confirm 21 and 23 into scream and if blocked you cancel out of it so you only lose 1 level of trait. (see above video)

21 scream jails so you can mix up 21 delayed scream with 21 scream cancel. 23 scream has a gap so it's always punishable if they know the match-up.

You might be able to hit confirm 21 into backflip on block and lvl 1 scream on hit too by doing 21 db3/db4. Same with 21 db2. But I haven't messed around with that yet.

You can cancel the trait AFTER the trait is blocked? Am I misreading something?

Based on what I'm seeing, she seems like very much like Guilty Gear's Order Sol except with more mix-up options.

And knowing what I know about that particular character, I'm wondering if charging trait during significant advantage and cancelling it is a viable way to apply trait pressure in exchange for less damage?

Most usable strings would likely be 21 xx lv 1 Scream or 23 xx lv 1 Scream ... if I saw frame data including trait idle recharge and active recharge rates, this would be pretty easy to figure out hehehe.

Yo. @YOMI FOREVER KING's last day Canary vid is fire. I love how he's able to get damage out of so many situations. Although I'm bittersweet to see that he's about as successful with his AA d2 as I am. Anyway, it just gets me excited.

I love the flow of this character. All her little strings and combo transitions just move seamlessly into one another. Start the combo with a fullscreen Canary Cry? Cool, string into launch, do your juggle strings into bf2 mb and finish it off. Start with a string into bf2 mb? Great, juggle into the Canary Cry restand and keep it going from there. Sick of the same loop? Toss in some db2 for resets and really piss your opponent off. So much fun.

Anyway here's the vid. Much Props to FK for the entertainment.

You seen how many of my D2 got stuffed? Lol I understand they want to make her defense bad because her offense is so good, but come on. Buff her D2 a little please
