it has cancel adv because after f4 there is a 4 (f4,4 string) and after b31 is f1 (b31f1 string)
its there to find gaps in strings not just cancels into specials,
f44 has no gaps but b31f1 has a 13 frame gap after the b31 and before the f1

Updated, fixed some typos with 1,2 and 1,2,b3's duration and changed some execution numbers of a few specials.
Added most cancel advantages, couldn't figure out a few of them, and in 1 case, it doesn't really matter.

ye b2 doesnt have much use besides throwing out b2f2 to see how you opponent reacts,
i woudnt advise it as AA as of its speed. spin, standing 1 and 4~spark much better AA options

thanks ill look into it i use to main baraka but he is so easily punished but im trying to pick him up cause in my opinion he is good agaisnt everyone that does not teleport . thanks for the info i am gona practice this now
