Nah it's Not weak I just like it more in ruthless because it gives you Way more options and you can hitconfirm it for the damage vicious can only do with a bar :/

After PnG cancel I can't do b2 overhead punch, somehow regular s2 always come out.

Ruthless is fun and Vicious isn't that bad. Since armoured launchers were removed from the game, to me Lacky Torr isn't very good. I think he might be bottom tier in that variation since the removal of armoured launchers. I can't seem to do much with Lacky anymore. Lacky use to be my favourite Variation of Ferra Torr.

You can still play lackey, you just have to use the Torrvex, never drop it, and pray they don't know how to delay wakeup
