"How long would the movie cut of MK11 story on YouTube be?"

And his response was 2.5 hours or so. For just cinematics. And he said its a little longer than MKX.

That's a different question than how long the story mode takes in total.

still doesn't connect with the other info about it being around 8 hours. My point is that I knew it was something way out of the ordinary when it comes to NRS games, and I was right.

you guys know that even if you put the fights (which are pretty quick) and alternative endings in a video it won't be longer than 4 hours.

that's why I was skeptical when the 8 hours info came to us.

Vman's Youtube playthrough of the MKX story mode clocks in at 3.5 hours. Add in another half hour to an hour for less experienced players who need more time on fights, and you're sitting at roughly 4 to 4.5 hours for one playthrough of the MK11 story.

Play it through twice to get to 8.

• No Factions or Clan system in the game.
• Not planning on bringing back 3D fighting anytime in the near future.

• Ed has had a meeting about a potential Marvel fighting game but doesn't want to share any details other than that.

I'm pretty sure Shao Kahn will be unlockable for those who didn't preorder, since he's in the story too. I doubt he'll be selling like Goro again.
