Hmm, his xray combos are quite dismal. highest midscreen ive found is 46% and in the corner is 47%. best to save that meter for breaking and doing 1 bar combos.

You have to do it all in sequence.

The tele has no hit box, its just to cancel. Raiden never had a b14 in mk9, at least not that i can remember. i think he had a b41. Essentially , he is a new character with all new strings.

Make that a 1 bar 55% in the corner.

I now have a 1 bar 45% at midscreen, a meterless 45% in the corner and a 1 bar 54% in the corner. Raiden is coming along well!
