The roster looks as though they have purposefully left out trouble making characters (characters that could have potential resets). I mean, no smoke, no noob and no cyrax. Maybe they need more time for testing, so possibly they could be dlc.

I'd still go with the vortex. For high mixup...... B2,2~df2 18% meterless. Or B2,2~db3 14% meterless into re-vortex. Or b2~db3 MB, j3, j2, 323, 12~db3... 2 bars 45% into re-vortex. For low mixup....... b1u2, f3, 1, 323, 12~db3 32% meterless into re-vortex. There is no way i'd give...

Deathstroke IMO is a mid tier character. These suggested changes are minimal, but would probably make him top 5. Give back his original pre-patch sword spin vortex. Give his MB b+3 two hits of armor. Or add a hit of armor to his trait. They can keep low gun shots the way they are.
