Yoshimitsu, Xianghua, Taki and Raph are the ones that have i10s available to them at all times. Voldo has a i10 A while back turned and azwel has i10 AA only when sword mode is equipped or is in soul charge.

What jbeezy said. Many people dont use ukemi because either they're beginners and dont know how. Or they're aware of ukemi traps which can cause you to take more damage than if you laid down and some traps can even relaunch you.

You won't be able to move because the grounded stun from her hover move ends right near the end of her UB. It catches otg and tracks to her right. Even if they delayed it a bit, you'd probably get caught by it if you tried to roll because all rolls have a slight delay before you can actually...

You have to ukemi to either side but in your position, you had to ukemi to your right. Might have been online that cucked you over. I believe you can also ukemi right before the hover move hits you so you can avoid the setup.
