Nah, I fully expect to get Lantern shaders for GL of the other Lanterns. Makes all the more sense why Kyle Rayner should've been GL over Hal but what are you gonna do.

Not like death matters in anything DC related but at least Hal is not dead AF XD

Edit: Just having "animal powers" doesn't mean a connection to the Red, which is why Beast Boy is tentative. He's been alluded to as having a connection but it's never outright stated.

Beast Boy was a representative of the red for the first bit of the New52. Personally, I wish they had kept him this color but far as know, even green he's still considered "red".

And just because we have Swamp thing doesn't mean we need a representation of other aspects.

Vixen is boring.

The mobile version literally says he's the new avatar of rot :p also it's one of the few reasonable explanations as to why he'd be in the game.

The cat guy is Tomcat, Wildcat's son, he's smaller than his pop and a meta-human. He was called Wildcat for a little bit. He would work perfectly as a premium skin for Cheetah.

And Batwoman is 5' 11" and built like a tank, so she can actually work as a Batman skin. Remember that they wear armor; Batman has the pecs, Batwoman has the boobs. The hitboxes/hurtboxes don't have to change because of the skin. Remember that, NRS.

I don't know, that's why I say it's suspect. He's considered Red when in that form but if he was a rep of red why would he need a new form to telegraph that? Rotworld alludes to it but, again, AFAIK, his connection as just Beast Boy is never outright stated.

He is part of the Rot.

Subjective, I don't care for her but she has fans. Plus she's on two different CW shows (co stars in one of them) and has he own animated CW show online.

BB could get a Gorilla arm for a string, they already have a gorilla model. Super Skrull had something similar in MvC3, BB doesn't need to be much different. Vixen/Animal Man make more sense though.

People don't know who Swamp Thing/Cheetah are but here we are.

Oh yeah by the way I found out that Injustice 2 was shown earlier at Google Developer Day and in it they showed Scarecrow gameplay (at least on mobile anyway) but he has one or two interesting looking moves we haven't seen before. Once the stream has stopped going live I'll link you the archive and exact timestamp so you can see for yourself.

He's the only other character I'm excited for now since Swamp Thing got revealed so I'm excited to see what these moves are so we can start speculating :D

Hint - it was an obvious joke but nvm.
Still, bad idea to make Kyle the main lantern over Hal since he is 10x less recognizable.

I know it was a joke but people use it as an excuse of why Kyle can't be GL for real.


I'd say John is more recognizable than Hal to casuals but he's just a skin. Recognition is hardly a reason for exclusion though as the roster would just be 80 percent Batman if that was the main factor because I assure you Two-face is more recognizable than Hal Jordan to casuals.

Honestly, it doesn't surprise me that there's a good bit of Batman characters, and I don't really mind either. On one hand it's cool to have more diversity, but on the other hand Batman has the best villains in DC and some of the most popular characters in general. As long as the characters are cool, I'm fine.

It doesn't help that a lot of people keep asking for them, too. Red Hood is the most requested character between 2 games, Poison Ivy was blowing up on Twitter before she was announced, and I've even seen a good bit of requests for Ra's Al Ghul, Killer Croc, and Clayface. People know and want Batman stuff.

Flash has the best villains in DC, Batman has the most recognizable villains in DC. That said, Batman already had the most characters of the last game and his representation INCREASED. Not only did it increase but COMBINED Superman/Flash/Green Lantern MATCH Batman's characters. It's ridiculous.

Of course people are gonna keep asking for them because it's all casual fans know because he's showcased so much. People would be hard pressed to give me 3 Wonder Woman villains despite the fact that she has an AMAZING villain in Circe and a great anti-hero/villain in Big Barda. Before the TV show the same could be said for Flash in terms of naming villains. Before the TV show what was the last 3 Flash mainstream things? Flashpoint Paradox, the Justice League cartoons, and a 90s TV show that lasted one season. How are people ever gonna know more if all they see is one guy? People know Ares and Killer Frost now from IGAU, people are learning about Swamp Thing from I2, why is Bane and Catwoman needed to sell the Batman side of the roster when you have Batman, Robin, Joker, Harley, Scarecrow, and Ivy.

"best villains" is purely opinion based so literally no point in arguing that :p
