Anyone read any good comics recently?

Superman isn't hype, he and Bats have enough books already.
Superman isnt hype because the fans wont let the character change. If it was up to me Perry WHite would have cancer and Jimmy Olsen would be bisexual. Also Superman loses his sight.

He's changed a bit I think, I mean he's rarely characterized with his usual boy-scout-ness anymore in since the start of the New 52. In fact he comes across as a bit of a wang sometimes.

Anyways the issue I have isn't with Superman, it's just that I can already read Superman if I want to. When stuff gets cancelled DC should carry on making more original titles/new titles for characters until one sticks, not panic and bring out another Bat/Supes book. Credit where it's due though, it's only now that we're in the fifth wave (?) that they've fallen back on those two, they are still trying original ideas.

Moving on. I didnt know GL Rebirth had a continuation. Is it worth going on to "No Fear" "Revenge of the Lanterns" and "Hal Wanted?" Or...just jump into New 52 GL?

Everything post GL: Rebirth is a huge-ass story by Geoff Johns. If you jump into New52 GL you probably won't really have any idea what's going on or what's being referenced.

Yeah I heard Hal Jordan went nuts. I might have to go down the line before going into New 52 GL. Thanks!

Hal went nuts again? Jesus, I thought they trying to paint him as the uber Green lantern... (Even though we all know Kyle is the one true king of green)

The only thing you'd need to read before rebirth would be Emerald Twilight to understand what he went through before everything hits the fan.

Question: In the New 52, Was Nightwing never part of the Titans and did they ever exist?

Justice League saw the creation of Cyborg, thus he was unlikely to be a part of it.
Wally West doesn't exist. At least not as a Flash
Beast Boy appears not to have been part of the Titans yet either.
Donna Troy doesn't exist (except maybe in Earth-2 as Fury?)
Raven appears to have been created/appeared only recently, and thus was probably not a Titan.

However: Dick is still pretty much the same guy, he is still more independent then the rest of the Bat-Family.
Also Starfire & Dick Grayson clearly know each other. It has been shown in flashbacks, when The Outlaws visit Wayne Manor after DotF Dick & Starfire avoid each other. Starfire claimed amnesia but this has been revealed as a lie.
Also Nightwing has a New 52 version of what could be the "Disco-wing" outfit.

Has anyone grabbed the new Injustice comic issue? I want to ask if

Martian Manhunter makes an appereance
Not explicitly, as in not confirmed yet, but it's almost certainly yes because
Batman and his team abduct Hawkgirl, Catwoman says Superman will come looking, but Batman answer that he won't because they don't know she's gone. The next scene is a doppelganger Hawkgirl meeting up with the rest of the heroes. So Batman has a mysterious partner who can do the following:
  • Survive the same level of radiation Superman can
  • Can keep himself hidden easily
  • Can shape shift

I'll... just revive this. i've just read whatever happened to the man of tomorrow, great story overall and awesome ending and i thought lois was a bitch

I love Alan Moore's stories.

Got Superman: Last Son for free and never read a Superman comic (due to the fact I don't really like him) but I quite enjoyed it mainly cause he wasn't overly goodie goodie

I'm fairly new to comics having only read a few Batman ones, Is the Injustice comic a good one to start ?

i think it is a good place, wonder woman is not characterized pretty well though. the continuity is pretty clear.
