it was jebaily's personal console and he says he checked it 2 day before tourny started. Dunno if he messed up but it could just have been a bug. Should be more concerned on how it took half a day for anyone to notice scorpion teleport hitting mid lol

I think it's pretty obvious that since it was Jebailey's personal 360 that had been patched and up to date, someone deleted the hotfix data, probably a scorpion player

you dont have to delete it manually, for some reason it deletes itself for me every time i just shut down the console when im in training mode.
