You shouldn't have bought her. MS does not do refunds. You will have to see if NRS can do a refund, but as far as I am aware, unless NRS sends you a check, you won't get a refund from them either. They aren't getting anymore of my money, that is for damn sure. If you spent 1200 for the pack and 400 more for skarlet, you will end up paying 1600 which makes the season pass pointless.
Glad they're reading this, but what are they going to do about it? I'm not an impatient person, nor am I irrational with impossible expectations.... but I ended up downloading skarlett from the market place just so I wouldn't fall behind in learning her. Am I going to get some type of credit? I understand NRS advises to avoid downloading from the MP in order to avoid being charged twice... but when their own method of paid downloads isn't working, it's sort of like being expected to take self help advice from an unemployed sex offender suffering from bipolar disorder and depression.

The big error in your judgement here, is assuming any of us care about online play. I play online for practice when I can't find real life opponents. And I still take online play with a grain of salt because I know that netcode severely effects the mechanics of the game. If they start basing patches on online play, then offline play will be broken quickly. And no one who is interested in fighting games, especially at the tournament level, cares about online play for anything more then practice.
Reptile has more than enough to abuse from the netcode. Your fast moves, such as your jabs, slide, elbow dash, acid spit and fast forceball even give Smoke problems, and he's built against that. Please don't think the online is hurting you because it really isn't.

they're not talking about the kombat pass. they're talking about the season pass. and i need to know that i can download it without going through all the bullshit everyone else is going through. in any case does anyone know how long the season pass will be up for, because it said somewhere it's a limited time only deal.
