Purchased Season Pass, can't download Scarlet

wow... even the message board @ themortalkombat.com is down. they getting hacked or something? Must be a bad day to be an NRS employee.

i got the same problem only I had to get up my ass and go to gamestop and buy it there. got the code in the credit card and activated it on the guide button , noyhing . tried downloading it four times, still nothing. are they going to fix this? are we gonna have to buy another one and buy it from the in game menu, ar we gonna have to just not get the season pass? or just download the dlcs without the discount? or not download them at all ? or just stop playing mortal kombat? somebody answer me

I downloaded it from the main page(not market place or the game) it glitched at first saying didn't work, then waited 10 minutes and did it and it worked, then once I went to the MK game, it was on the front page for 1200 points, but what I did was go the fighter screen and Skarlet was there.

So it DID download but DON'T DL it again once you get it from the main page on live or market place.

To my understanding, since you get the season pass you just get the characters automatically correct since you pay 1200 for Skarlet, future costumes and the other 3 characters during the summer. Right?

At any rate, the one glitch bugging me is online for some reason it freezes when you pick Cyrax/Sektor and won't let you pick the Mk3 costume.

I cleared my system cache, restarted my xbox, and I'm still given error 80153016 when I try to confirm the download of scarlet. Anyone know what's going on?

Its fixed! at least for me. just went back online after a few hours and skarlets price was 0 points, free to download. Time for some bloody fun=)

they're not talking about the kombat pass. they're talking about the season pass. and i need to know that i can download it without going through all the bullshit everyone else is going through. in any case does anyone know how long the season pass will be up for, because it said somewhere it's a limited time only deal.

No where did I mention anything about the Kombat Pass you might wanna read my post again. But I'll clear it up even more this whole dlc pass shit is a new concept. As far as I know the only other company that has done a dlc pass is Rockstar with L.A. Noire. For the record L.A. Noire has 0 online and 0 multiplayer so I dont how you would compare the Kombat pass to the Rockstar Pass. But for the first day or 2 the dlc thats in the Rockstar pass did not show up. The same kinda thing is happening with the season pass Skarlet shows but doesnt show as bought so if they dont fix in a timely manner like Rockstar then everyone can flip out til then calm down and let it be fixed and always read the fine print on anything you have to sign or pay for thats rule #1

I'm glad I downloaded the season pass at 3:00am before all the server hits started pouring in. My download worked like a charm. I downloaded the pass from within the game's DLC menu. It took about 20 minutes for the season pass to download. Then I received the "Mortal Kombat Season Pass download complete" message. Once it was done, I went back into the in-game DLC menu and saw that the price for Skarlet was 0 points. I downloaded the 86 mb file and the rest is history. I was able to download Skarlet and the pass by following the steps I listed above.

Hopefully you all get properly taken care of for spending the extra cash on the DLC when it did not work the first time.

So for anyone who missed it... if you are still having trouble getting Skarlet after buying the Season Pass, download the free compatibility pack. If it still shows Skarlet costing 400/1200 points after getting the compatibility pack, then back out of the DLC screen and go back in and it should be 0.

wish i had read this sooner, i was having the same problem. i downloaded the season pass and didn't get skarlet. tried restarting the game and whatnot and nothing worked. i decided to download skarlet individually, even though it said it would cost 1200 points. i figured it was an obvious glitch and that they would just refund my microsoft points to me after the fact, so i wasn't worried about it. i didn't see any other way of downloading the character.

well it turns out after contacting microsoft customer support, they wouldn't give me my full refund of 1200 points for downloading skarlet, only 800 points since skarlet was offered for 400. i tried arguing with them that i already purchased the season pass for 1200 points, and it didn't come with skarlet, so why am i being charged for buying her when she should have came with the season pass? they were impossible to deal with, and refused to give me a full refund. so yeah, i bought the season pass for 1200 points assuming i would get three characters for the price of four, but they still charged me 400 points for skarlet. so i was charged 1600 microsoft points total.

what was the point of the season pass again? oh right, to get three characters for the price of four. good thing that worked. microsoft wins again.

Did you pay with a credit card? I would open a dispute with them if you did. Tell them a glitch double charged you.

I'm wondering, to all the people that are having troubles with this, did you download the season pass from the marketplace on the dashboard or did you buy it from the ingame store?
