to be fair for that 2nd part, if someone tries to Air to Air him, Scorp j1 is easily one of the best A2A moves in the game. It was beating my Bladam j1 clean every time in tournament today.

You say it like you expect everybody to be able to block Scorpion in every scenario, its not possible. I kept saying to myself to just hold down on his wakeup, took a while to get drilled in.

But this is the way fighting games go, people HAVE to get hit by something, and its pretty fucking easy to get hit by most of Scorpions shit.

For the game to be back where it should, I'd say give DS his old guns back, and remove Scorpion from tournament play. Then we have a pretty sweet playing field.

Everything else in the game people are complaining about isn't really as much of an issue as you seem to think it is, you have to think outside the box in this game.

Well the obvious answer is increase start up frames, make both versions of teleport punishable mid flight and increase recovery frames. Apparently the engine can't handle this and it will ruin all of his combos. I think Microsoft fucked up, NRS was forced to release him prematurely and now were paying the consequences.

If you think so, you are fooling yourself.

Perhaps you also have to consider that not every player uses a top 5 character.

Take Black Adam, for example. 70% of the cast can simply not catch this character when used correctly. Sometimes you also have to worry about this character occasionally tossing unblockable projectiles at you.

To think that this game is balanced is absurd. I believe this game's balance is worse than MK9's at the moment. While some characters (i.e., Aquaman, Deathstroke) are getting "normalized", others have remained the same since April 16th (i.e., Black Adam, Killer Frost). In fact, the game was much more balanced on day one.
