well there have been "need to know a lot" about chars in fighting games. I'm sure players can get her down if they are willing to put the time into her. Few will be successful tho since she isn't like superman or GL who are easy to pick up and get down.

scorpion staying top 10, you best believe when ppl like me and slips go to tournaments with him, we will strike fear into the souls of many.
and the flash in IGAUman America puts time into characters, you think scorpion was easy to just pull out at evo, lol jk but you are right, the time it takes to be very good with a high exectution character is worth it in the long run (like ibuki and gen in sf4).
People definitely sleep on Raven. I have a harder time beating good Ravens than good Killer Frosts.

Probaly GL and Aquaman. GL especially can completely shut down her mid range game and her air dashes with Lantern's Might. He can also compete against her up close and he wins the full screen game. Imo GL - WW is 6 - 4 slightly in GL's favor. Aquaman for the same reasons.
solid list, but i'd have to put DD/ DS higher. Also I saw why you have KF number 1, but I dnt see her being there even now. I get that she has the deadly reset/ dmg (like rax in mk9 just off 50/50s tho), but I feel she has to rely too much on a slide to get in vs some. I also feel that her spike isn't great since you can just dash it/ avoid it when in the air. Her normal are decent, but aren't anything compared to BA's or supermans. The wakeup she will use is very obvious since her slide is safe and leads to a full combo, her parry is solid, but can be avoided. I say she is top tier for sure, but I can't say she is number one bcuz AM, Superman, GL, BA, and etc. all can handle her just as well as she can handle them. Just my analysis on KF haha, and hopefully we can get MUs on this list whenever you get the chance. Maybe even pros/cons on each character.

I don't know the matchups of the characters above and below DS, but dead in the middle of the pack sounds just about right for Stroke. He's even on most of his matches, has advantage in as many as he does disadvantage and by roughly the same margins. 14 sounds low for as adept as he is, but I think it's really just illustrative of how good the mid-tier characters still actually are.
Sometimes #1 isn't determined by how many people can fight against that #1 on a better level, but by how much the #1 dominates the mid/bottom of a cast list. Sure, Killer Frost may have 5-5s against AM Supes and whatnot, but she probably 6-4 7-3s the rest of the cast moreso than any of those characters.
If GL guesses wrong, WW has incredibly insane tools to immediately get in. Aquaman I don't buy either as a bad MU, you're gonna have to sell me a little more on that one as well. I would classify GL as annoying, not a bad MU. She can easily go into SS and just dash her way in and take minimal damage.
