Yes. I already love Playstation Plus. I mean you make your money back really quickly if you are scoping out the games/discounts they offer. :)

A free "rotation" might be interesting, a la League of Legends, could be interesting as well. But only giving you one character in a fighter? SMH. If Jago's not your type it's pretty much a guaranteed turn-off from spending any money in the game or learning it. Gotta provide better variety of characters in both gameplay and aesthetics (since people gravitate to one or both of these, generally).

I really never understood why people clamored for a Killer Instinct reboot. The game was hot garbage that was only memorable for its "cutting edge graphics" at the time. It's like getting excited at a "New Clayfighter reboot". Game is shit, straight up

No... there is no way this trend will survive. As consumers... all we need to do is to not buy the additional characters... soon the developers will catch on that that was a stupid idea. Look at what happened to Microsoft today... I think they realize they messed up...

wow way to fuck up M$.I knew that it was going to be a low budget digital only title, but seriously offering one free fighter and charging for all the other is outrageous...Hope this doesn't become the new trend in fighting games. This generation's practices from Capcom and Namco forced me to drop a lot of fighting games I used to enjoy. If this happens to be the case with next gen, then I'm dropping the genre altogether

I doubt it will become a trend... there is no way it would survive... :)

I would just like to add that as far as I am concerned... Killer Instinct for the Xbox 1 is only Killer Instinct by name. I mean pretty much everything is different... (of course change is to be expected... but I think it is a completely different game now). Like it isn't so crazy for someone to love MK3 and hate Armageddon . :)

Because liking Killer Instinct is akin to thinking Rob Liefield was awesome in the 90's. But yeah, I've always had a distaste for the series. Much rather see a reboot of Time Killers or Samurai Shodown.
