Doesnt matter to me both days work. LB opens at 3pm on friday and 1pm on Saturday. Any thoughts on a time to head out?

That's cool, I just didn't see any confirmation so I was just trying to shake things up. I'll be there Saturday around 6pm.

Sorry I haven't had time to really post at all this week, still need to do my ECT shout-outs lol.. very busy work week

I was going to send darth a txt when I got off work today (forgot my phone at home) I def wanna meet-up fri night, I should be off work 7pm, 8 the latest. LB is 35 mins from my work so I could travel up there, or we could get something going at my house in Edison. I just got my basement remodeled but I don't have any furniture in it yet. I can setup a couple folding chairs if needed but prefer another spot until I can get it furnished.

Just checked LB's facebook page & its $10 for while night 6:30pm-3am + Chris G will be there. Ok, screw my house, def goin to Fort Lee.It seems like they only have Xbox360's so If someone has a spare madcatz TE I could use, that would be great.

So in order to play at LB, I would need to get a PS3 to Xbox controller converter, but it looks like those converters are upwards of $80, but the xbox to ps3 are much much cheaper. It almost seems like the thing to do would be to get a PS2 controller that I'm comfortable on; theres a multi-converter that hooks PS2 to both xbox and PS3.

I've never had to deal with controller conversions before... does anyone have any insights that could be helpful? That would be greatly appreciated

Yeah Arma I'm close to Clifton, I live in Hackensack actually so it's not far at all so I'll be game for some matches. I would invite you to my apartment, but with the wife and kid we would have to many distractions lol but I'm def game.

Good luck at LB! Damn I work till 11pm tonight, so tempted to rush up there though arrrrr, but if not do let us know how the place is and the matches you got yourself into =)

Well today and tomorrow I have a lot of work to do, but Sunday should be good for me.

Edit: Just saw all the pro-Friday stuff, and Fridays usually suck for me ... haha, but I'll try make sure that my next friday is free if that is the day people like. I figured that it was going to be Sunday this week since folks were hyping that earlier.

Just want to thank DarthArma for the matches at his place. I learned a lot from your cyrax, and I've picked up a few things I didn't know about my own cyber sub and some of his weakness that I have to work on. I gotta say playing online is a killer for your timing offline lol I'm usually spot on with my combos, but thanks again for the matches man, I had fun.

guys just want to put it out there Guard Crush 20 is this Wednesday at the next level in Brooklyn. I think it would be excellent if most of us could make it to support MK. The past Guard crush was fairly lackluster for MK, and i feel like we could easily change this because Jersey has a fairly strong scene and we should try and support this game.

Me and spyke are gonna talk to the owner at the break and try to get some weekly mk action happening there. I'll post on here wednesday to let everyone know how it went. Jersey does have alot of players and we need to set up more events for mk. That's why were trying to make local battles on friday an weekly or bi-weekly thing

Its a good idea but I've been there twice and both tourneys were canceled. Its also far, and mk 9 is usually the last tournament. Does anyone know if they can have it on a weekend?
