Not too many players here are flying all the way to vegas so I think it'll be a good turn out. Spoke to a few people today and that weekend works for them. I will be away on vacation that weekend, but will without a doubt be down for any future events this place is only 10 mins away for me.

Me, Check, Jim and maybe Darth Arma. If anyone else is around, come support the local scene this weekend. Tonight come to local battles, and tomorrow come out to Game On in Clifton. We'll be running evo stream so no one misses it. Should be alot of fun.

See ya there KT. Anyone else who wants to support NJ's local scene should come out too

We meetup at Local Battles every Friday night for casual sessions to blow off some steam from the work week. Everyone is very open to sharing tips/tactics & its all about helping each other level up, don't be afraid to come out & have some fun. We keep growing our crew each week with new faces, plus we got The Combo King Check4900 & Chris G. Chris G representing bigtime at EVO this year, lets bring it home for Local Battles!

Glad you made it out tonight KT_Smith, hope I helped u learn somethings with the Nightwolf matchup, I know I did with your Smoke. I was very interested in the EVO stream so I didn't really play that much tonight, but well get plenty of runbacks nextweek!

I live in Jersey City, NJ ill travel to NY and a few places in North NJ. I also have a dedicated friend im training and he'll be willing to travel also so if anyone wants to get a team started and has somewhere to meet up lemme kno asap i'll let my boy kno and we'll see when we can meet up with you or you can meet up with us

Thanks KT, Im stealing your sig as well for the time being :) I was waiting on the owner to make an official post for the Weekly MK sessions, he is getting some artwork done for it as well. I will talk with him tomorrow & I promise a seperate thread for local battles will be started by this weekend :)

Look forward to seeing some new faces out this week. Glad your coming down TheSaBiie from NYC. I know there is a $2 bus that Chris G takes from George Washington Bridge & it drops off close by LB. Hitup him or Localbattles for more precise directions about the bus. I will make sure all that info is posted in the LB thread as well. Cant wait to get some games in after a longweek of work!

I'm coming with at least 1, possibly 2 friends. The one friend that is a maybe placed top 16 at ECT with subzero, right under Tom Brady.

Hey guys -- sorry for the delayed response. Yes, it's Friday and we are back from Evo. GS to REO and Perfect Legend for repping MK hard. NYChrisG will be coming again tonight around 9PM. He just moved so he is a lil farther away. See ya'll tonight with that Evo Medal.

Maybe we should all try to get a venue in the middle of NJ? That way we can unite north and south? I really need to start getting real life training sessions going..

Jim Coastin comes from Edison.... don't let a 40 minute drive stop you. I heard 16-Bit drives 3 hours for good competitive casuals. #NJSpoiled ;)

Oh don't get me wrong.. I will come to these lmfao.. I'm a teacher.. so summer funds are low cause I don't get paid until September.. lol.. So you will def see me then.. Also maybe once before school starts..

Plus I am not good enough yet to make the money/trip worth while.. Still need a bit more practice..

It's easy to get here from Union City take the gypsy van on New York Ave all the way up Anderson Ave. / May have to transfer at 90th st. park to catch it up Anderson.

I use to live in Union City
