Played a nightwing the other day on ranked. I 50/50'd him into the corner and damn near got a perfect game. All the while I'm hearing a mental breakdown over his mic intensify the more his health went down, mostly over harley being op(lol). His parting words were "I bet you wouldn't rematch me, queer." So I sent him a message.
"Sure! I'll rematch you."
At first I don't expect him to respond, but a couple minutes later I get an invite. Cool. I pick harley again and it ends up being a lot of the same. With him raging about how he can't do anything. He tells me to pick another character. I pick batgirl and immediately get shit over how I seem to only choose characters with mixups. Match ends and he's a bit calmed down. He apologizes and says he didn't mean to offend me. I laugh, and at this point I decide to turn my mic on and point out that he did in fact call me a queer.
What followed was a fairly lengthy set of matches with discussions of matchups and mic etiquette. We eventually parted ways, but not before him telling me he wished more people had mics so they could call him out when he starts acting like an asshole.
I swear to god this happened.
