Seems like all the easy to master characters are either in the tops or winning tournaments :\
Is your tournament name the same or is it different from your TYM U.N.?
I like watching matchups played by really good players.. I actually learn from watching..Kinda like Taskmaster :eek:
But yea, ill root for yah.

Just give it time, that's how any fighting game goes early in its life. The easier characters dominate for a while, then the characters that needed a little more exploration come out of the woodwork and the metagame gets a lot deeper.

And I just go by Cosmic at tournaments. Usually with some random tag/sponsor in front of it like DE, LDR, or DCB.

Spent hours the other day practicing back dashing out of GL's b13. Today, I only successfully back dashed out of b13 once. And oh I had so many opportunities...

Back to the lab. More casuals tomorrow.

Presumably you can only back dash in escrima stance? If so can you then punish with f213?

They corrected the frame data, it seems everything in the data is correctly except for D1 and D12 in Escrima.
The D1 in Staff is +5 according to the frame data.
It saids that F213 is 0 on block while Flipkick MB is actually +1 on block.
So be sure to check out the frame data for any wrong data you have in your head.

NW as far as we knew had no OTG's, so that fix doesn't affect our game.

Other than the frame data, avoid reporting anything but OBVIOUS changes. I don't want any paranoia over a placebo effect. Best thing we can do is wait for Patch Notes.

Alright guys. As much as I dislike the new addition of Scorpion as DLC, I know barely anything about him since I hardly played Mortal Kombat. What's the best strategy to take him down? He seems very fast and his teleport seems like a bitch to deal with, but like I said, I haven't played MK much so he could be easier than I think. I feel like Escrima stance is going to be essential to beat him. What do you guys suggest?

NW cheap is not KF cheap nor is KF cheap like Superman cheap.

Think of it like this: "If everyone is colorful doesn't that mean no one is colorful?"

variation bruh. NW is jack of all trades master of none. (unless it involves ranged normals haha)

isnt it only possible during the EX version? I can only land b3 near the corner.

It's better to go with reliability so f3 is the better option

I dunno, I don't keep up with the forums and all the pages blend into one, I'm never sure which combos to do, what stances are better for what match ups, or any of that stuff because I can't find it all here @A@;;;

according to Saitsu and STB TakeAChance it IS possible but you kinda have to walk a bit after the df2 a little bit but it has "odd" not difficult timing.

No idea on the acctual timing since I always use f3 haha but I cant check atm because the ps3 is being used by someone at the moment haha.
