I live in the Cleveland area so I figured I'd post in this thread....I would be up for offline casuals if the opportunity arose even though this games popularity aint so hot anymore. I work night shift so I am usually available during the day.

Cleveland area doesn't know how to contact people so I rather go to my Columbus crew. I known about Console Combat since it opened and they still don't want to invite me so it's whatever.

No offense to you guys since I don't know most of you guys in Cleveland but if you want to build the community even more, invite everyone. Not just people you all socialize with. Better to have competition than keep playing the same people.

They've always invited everyone. not sure why you think they haven't or what not...

Well Static, I respect you the most. The best person in Ohio FGC. But once I came back, I've been trying to see what was going on in Cleveland's FGC and I didn't get any answer. I tried contacting Blacktastic and no answer. Manny, and I didn't get anything, so I tried Playing2Win himself and no answer. So on facebook, I join the FGC community group and everything I post gets deleted. It confuses me since I know the guys but they just decided to not talk to me. It's confusing and kinda annoying so I rather just move on and go to Columbus locals or maybe Canton.

There's some friction in between Columbus and Console Combat, but a lot of it is anecdotal due to deleted farcebook posts and such. Otherwise CC has generally been welcoming to other communities, the stuff I'm referring to is really an exception. Nevertheless I wouldn't link any internet posts regarding it anyways because I'm not keen on starting any drama in this thread. imho we should just focus on consolidating information so that people know when and where to go for Cincy, Cleveland, Columbus etc etc.

Professor_Rouse dunno how much the links I posted cover, but there's weeklies every Wednesday at the Donatos on High street, except for the first of the month where it's on Tuesday. They technically start at about 6, pick up around 7-8ish and it closes at 12. I dunno what's up with Canton unfortunately.

You can just show up, shouldn't be a problem with that. A couple months ago Console Combat went 6 feet under for a while, which is prolly why you didn't get responses. I dunno what happened with that but apparently it's started up again.

Oh, I'll be there soon. But in other words, they still have locals at someone's house and been streaming since March. The day I came back and still no response so it kinda pissed me off since I like to play locally around Cleveland but since it's coming back, I'll see what I can do there.

Hey Rouse! Canton plays every Wednesday night at the Auricle on Cleveland Ave NW. We start at around 9pm and go until they kick us out. Usually there are around 5-6 setups and plenty of people of varying skill levels. PM me if you need any more info. Hope to see you out sometime.
