Excuse the awful anatomy and bad detail.
This is the "Ice Queen" costume I had envisioned for Killer Frost.
The costume makes her more elegant, referring to her Arcade ending. He would have a suit similar to her normal costume, except with some touch-ups.
She has longer hair now, which actually moves. She wears the same unitard, but with a slit open portion as to reveal her midsection. Her boots are the same almost, but with fur and two jewels on the front and back. It also has a slit open pattern.
She wears two long thick capes now. They connect in her back to a metal hoop, just as they do the same on her wrists. They would be very VERY close to touching the floor, but they do not touch the floor. They have many wrinkles that are permanently there. The capes start out dark blue but as they reach the tip they become light and translucent. They also come across her forearms and connect to the center of her chest.
The most interesting part is the "ice halo". She forms herself a snowflake-like halo on the back of her head. It is entirely made of ice. (It wouldn't look EXACTLY like this, this one is just laziness.) As she fights it would take chip damage casually, but never fall off.
