Yeah, it does. But, there's plenty of fighting games that throw in random characters. I don't think one guest should ruin the game experience for anyone.

i disagree with your last statement since a lot of us are fans of actual characters and put it above most things.. many people picked up the game partly because they wanted to play as their favorite super heroes like x x x x x ..

in a normal fighting game I would agree but this game is about showing off comic book characters
again you can give any character a fun/good move set that is no reason to accept a character no one likes (sorry Batgirl army but there are like 5 of you and thats all the people on the site that want her)

Okay, look, I wanted Batgirl in. I'll be honest and say that outright. I figured she might be neat. But then we got all the other Bat-characters in that were announced after the big blue Dick. Batgirl is one of my favorites, both in the Batman world and in the DCU overall. So come on. Stop making it seem like no one likes the character. Most people are just pissed the same way people were pissed about Killer Frost.

now there is a good reason every one was pissed about killer frost she is one of the most boring characters ever would have rather have any other ice villain in the DCU yes even Mr.Freeze another Batman character
